Cancellation Policy

Little Language Learners Class Policies Thank you for joining Little Language Learners at Connect Therapy! Please review the following policies before registering. Class Enrollment & Cancellation Little Language Learners requires a minimum of **4 enrolled families** for the class series to take place. If fewer than 4 families register, **Connect Therapy reserves the right to cancel the class series**. Families will be notified as soon as possible if the class is canceled, and **all registration fees will be refunded in full**. Connect Therapy also reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. If a class is canceled by Connect Therapy, families will be notified and provided with information regarding rescheduling or a refund, as applicable. Registration & Payment Registration is required in advance, and payment is due at the time of registration to reserve your family's spot. Registration fees cover the complete 4-week class series and are not prorated for individual classes that a family is unable to attend. Attendance Each registered family may bring **one child within the designated age range (18 months–3 years)** and one parent/caregiver unless otherwise approved by Connect Therapy. Because activities and parent education are planned based on enrollment, please let us know if you are unable to attend a scheduled class. Sick Policy Please keep your child home if they are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms. We appreciate everyone's help in keeping our little learners and families healthy. Parent/Caregiver Participation A parent or caregiver must remain with the child throughout the class. Little Language Learners is a **parent-and-toddler class**, and parents/caregivers are encouraged to actively participate in activities and practice the strategies presented by the SLP. Class Environment Little Language Learners is designed to be a fun, supportive, and low-pressure environment. Toddlers learn through play, movement, exploration, and interaction. We understand that toddlers may not always sit still, follow directions, or participate in every activity—and that's okay! Our goal is to create positive opportunities for communication and connection while helping parents learn practical strategies they can use at home.
